About The Club
What You Need to Know
The Monmouth Heights Community Association exists for the purpose of owning, operation and maintaining the swimming pool and adjacent recreational facilities. The MHCA’s Board of Trustees fundamental principle is achieved by setting a high quality of standards and a fiscal responsibility to ensure a safe, clean and fun environment. The Board strives to increase homeowner involvement and a strong sense of community.
The Monmouth Heights Community Association is a non-profit club incorporated since 1967, and is privately owned by the 685 single family homes within the Monmouth Heights development. The swim club is a 5.5 acre parcel of land located at One Ryan Road in Manalapan, NJ. The club is open every summer between Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and has dedicated its efforts to family enjoyment.
The MHCA undertook a major remodel of its property over the last few years. We continue to work on its infrastructure and appreciate your patience and your continued support.
Pools
The swim club is comprised of two pools and a large grass area for activities and games. Additionally, there is a swing set, gaga pit, jungle gym, and a sand volleyball court for all to enjoy.
The main pool is a 270,000 gallon six lane T-shaped pool, with a diving board in the deep end. One lane is left for lap swimming, while the rest of the area is left open for recreational swimming and diving. The shallow end ranges between three and five feet, offers steps to enter the pool, and is roped off from the deep end of the pool. There are approximately 400 chairs on the main deck for sun bathing and umbrellas can be found around the perimeter to offer shade.
The baby pool has a zero grade entry, water features, and a depth between 6″ and 18″. The area gated off is for security purposes and is a wonderful area for toddlers. Only swim diapers are permitted for infants in this designated baby pool area.
